My path to public service started right here in Manassas with a park, some determined neighbors, and a desire to make a difference.
I was working alongside my neighbors to save a place we loved. I got involved, started asking questions, and learned pretty quickly that local decisions really do matter.
That experience eventually led me to City Council and it still shapes how I approach public service today.
I was born and raised in Manassas. I left for a while, experienced life in different places, and came home nearly 30 years ago to raise my family. I’ve watched our city evolve and never stopped appreciating what makes Manassas such a special place to call home.
There is a lot to be excited about. New neighbors. New businesses. New ideas. New opportunities.
There are also some big decisions ahead.

We can invest in our future while protecting the neighborhoods, character, and sense of community that make Manassas special. We can welcome good opportunities while asking tough questions, planning for the impacts, and making sure residents have a meaningful voice along the way.
I’ve served on City Council before. I know the job, I understand the responsibility that comes with it, and I’m ready to put that experience back to work for Manassas.
